Youth Ministry:

|
"Our Youth Ministry exists to REACH nonbelieving students to CONNECT them with other Christians to help them GROW in their faith
and to CHALLENGE and DISCOVER their ministry and HONOR God with their lives."
- Youth Cells (Small Groups) ~ Lead by teens giving them a place for sharing, fellowship,
community and discussion of a theme appropriate to their life stage. Each group is supervised by an adult facilitator.
- Big Events ~ Periodic outreach meetings designed to help teens lead their friends to faith
in Christ, to introduce them to Christian young people, and to have fun.
- Leadership Training ~ Teens who show maturity and a desire to serve are brought into a leadership cell where they learn skills
for ministry in a community environment.
- Mission Trips ~ Caravans to Mexico to serve the needs of others in a Third World country
and open the eyes of American youth to the realities of life in not so distant places.
- Camps ~ For discipleship or outreach, each camp targets youth to draw them closer to Jesus
Christ, and to just have fun with people their age.
- Children's Ministry and Jr. Celebration~ Provides an avenue for teens to teach and minister to younger
children of the church.

Children's Ministries and Opportunities
|
|
Children of all ages have a special time suited for them during our Sunday morning worship services. Bible centered curriculum, crafts,
music and stories give children a great opportunity to learn about God, the Bible, and themselves.
Intergenerational cell groups provide opportunity for children to experience worship and
fellowship with parents, adults and peers. A special time is set aside in each cell meeting to
give children a learning environment and sharing of life experiences with their peers.
Vacation Bible School is held each year in early summer.
